Proimos Apartments

Proimos apartments are at a distance of thirteen kilometers from Hania, two kilometers from the center of Platanias and three hundred meters away from the center of Gerani village. Proimos apartments are a few meters away from the long village beach, which combines a small part with rocks, ideal for snorkeling and fishing and a large extension of sand for sunbathing and swimming.

Surrounded by flower beds and a five hectare garden with local trees and plants, the apartment complex disposes a 180 square meter swimming pool with a separate section for children, a snack bar, a reception and a parking area. Proimos apartments consist of ten studios with living room, bedroom and kitchen in one space, five deluxe one-bedroom apartments with separate living room and bedroom, one two-bedroom suite and an one bedroom bungalow all built and detailed in personal style.

All apartments have garden view and some have mountain and sea view; they all dispose telephone, satellite TV and a safe box.

Gerani is a lovely village for mountain biking, trekking and taking long strolls by the beach or among the olive tress and orange groves, inlands. At the same time the village is a good base from which to explore the western part of Crete by car and visit the spectacular beaches and gorges, the steep mountains and villages and the Minoan, Byzantine, Venetian and Ottoman monuments of past island rulers.
