The beautiful kitchen is open to the living room. Everything is made cozy by the wood-burning stove and several outdoor terraces. The bathrooms have floor heating.

Outside there is a sheltered terrace for undisturbed sunbathing, which leads around the house and makes it possible to find a nice place in the sun by the house. The house also consists of quality materials and is well maintained. It is located on a gravel road with little traffic and within walking distance of the fishing lake.

Skaven is a favorite water sports area, many surfers and kite surfers come here, the water is not deep and there is always a fresh wind.
