From the living room and activity room you have direct access to the 140 m² terrace, where you can enjoy the sun to the fullest. At the house there is a shed for bicycles or similar and also plenty of space for outdoor activities. In the garden there is a shelter that you can use as an alternative sleeping place in the summer if you want to sleep outside. Just a few hundred meters from the house is a beautiful golf course for beginners and advanced players, you have free entry on the beginner course there (equipment can be rented).
